As a beauty specialist and NYS licensed cosmetologist for the last 10 years, I created Lash Confidant as a safe space for my clients. As the beauty industry continues to grow, my clients are what motivate me to constantly expand my beauty education to ensure the results you wish for. I take my artistry very seriously and have been certified five times in classic, volume, Russian volume and mega volume lash extension techniques. I can’t wait to meet you! xx, Lash Confidant ✧POLICY✧ A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments. No Deposit = No Appointment No exceptions. Please let us know prior to your appointment if you have remaining lashes from another studio as you may require a lash removal at an additional cost.* This ensures proper application by eliminating the risk of mixing different adhesives and lash products. If you require a new set at the time of your refill, you will be charged for a full set unless authorized otherwise. I am located in Garden City, NY. Due to COVID-19, only one guest is allowed in the studio at a time, no exceptions. You will be required to wash your hands upon arrival and keep your mask on at all times. As appointments are quite lengthy, I recommend that you eat prior to your appointment. Please avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. Please arrive without makeup on or around your eyes. Lateness is not encouraged. If you are running late please communicate this to avoid forfeiting your deposit. All appointments are granted a 15 minute courtesy grace period. Arriving past your courtesy period will result in a cost. This will vary depending on how long you are past your appointment time. Arriving later than 30 minutes may risk forfeiting your deposit and being charged in full for your appointment. Clear communication will work best in both of our favors, please do not hesitate to contact me if you know you will be running late. I will do my best to accommodate you. All services and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All appointment cancellations and reschedules must be made & confirmed via text message or telephone. Any changes regarding your appointment made via email are not accepted. Due to high demand, changing your appointment less than 72 hours prior to your service will require a new deposit for a new booking. Cancelling or changing your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your service will result in forfeiting your deposit. Cancelling or changing your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your service will result in forfeiting your deposit as well as being charged 50% of your service. Same day cancellations or changes to your appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit as well as being charged the remaining balance of your service. *Please note* during holiday weeks and holiday season it is likely that my schedule is extremely limited due to high demand. Any cancellations less than 8 days before your appointment will result in automatically forfeiting your deposit. Repeat cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit, being charged in full as well as a required new deposit to book a new appointment. No-show’s will result in being charged in full for the services booked. Clients who have no-showed in the past will be asked to pre-pay their services in full when booking future appointments. If you refuse to send payment, this will result in a hold on your account and be declined future appointments until the charges are fulfilled. Payments for your services are due in full by the end of your appointment. All services and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, there are no exceptions. We reserve the right to deny services to whom who do not wish to agree to the listed terms.
